You are obligated to update your account information promptly if it changes. jilkk reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
4.3 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal to you and are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any rights therein to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate suspension.
jilkk accepts registration using a valid email address or a Philippine mobile number registered on Globe, Smart, DITO, or other Philippine network operators. Both identifiers must be genuine and currently active — they will be used for account recovery and OTP delivery.
5.1 jilkk is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals. This process — Know Your Customer (KYC) — requires the submission of acceptable identity documentation.

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilkk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.
7.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash, Maya, and Coins.ph. Bank transfer minimums are ₱500. USDT deposits are subject to a minimum equivalent of USD 10.

7.7 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. Inactive accounts with a remaining balance may be subject to an administrative fee of ₱100 per calendar month after the initial 12-month inactive period. jilkk will provide advance notice by email before any such fee applies.
8.1 jilkk offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms that are communicated at the point of offer.
The 150% welcome bonus up to ₱15,000 applies to the first deposit only. Minimum deposit to qualify is ₱200. Wagering requirement: 30× the bonus amount. The bonus must be wagered within 30 days of crediting, after which any remaining unwagered bonus balance expires. Eligible games: all slots (100% contribution); live casino games (10% contribution); crash games (50% contribution).
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. 9.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or system fault that affects the outcome of a game, jilkk reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the Player's real money balance. Winnings credited as a result of a technical error are not valid and may be reclaimed by jilkk.
9.3 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) games offered on jilkk use algorithms independently certified by accredited testing agencies. Crash game results use provably fair cryptographic hash verification that players may independently verify after each round.

13.2 jilkk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

15.1 jilkk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a Player — jilkk will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to your registered address before the changes take effect.
15.2 Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or administrative updates) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
15.3 If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of jilkk after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through jilkk's complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
